Anne Yvonne Guillou is an anthropologist in charge of looking after the CNRS. Her current research focuses on issues of social reconstruction and ritual in post-genocide Cambodia. She is the author of Cambodge, soigner dans les fracas de l’histoire (Paris, Les Indes scholars, 2009) and has been invited to be a guest editor of a special issue of Southeast Asia Research 2012 (Vol. 20, No. 2), entitled Life after death in collective Southeast Asia.
